Since inception in 2010, the Awards showcase Belgium’s most inspiring strategies and initiatives directed to businesses’ greatest asset: people. Every year, this highly acclaimed initiative aims at detecting and celebrating, upon a well structured and fully objective process, all those -employer organizations, HR solutions providers, HR Leaders- who have contributed to the excellence of the HR sector during the last 12 months.

Living up to its reputation of full objectivity, the HR Excellence Awards are supervised by 3 judging panels whose total independence and impartiality are enhanced by decades of consolidated experience in top HR positions.

The winners of this 16th edition will be revealed on Thursday 27 March 2025 during a glamorous ceremony and gala diner that traditionally gathers the country’s top HR personalities and most brilliant HRM minds. Enhanced by surprising artists, and designed around the theme ‘Venice carnival’, the ceremony will clearly be the place to be for all HR professionals to greet and meet with peers, colleagues and friends.
