Welcome to the Belgian HR Excellence Awards, the country’s most prestigious and 100% objective awards in the HR profession.

Since inception in 2010, the Awards showcase Belgium’s most inspiring strategies and initiatives directed to businesses’ greatest asset: people. Every year, this highly acclaimed initiative aims at detecting and celebrating, upon a smartly structured and fully objective process, all those -employer organizations, HR service providers, HCM Leaders- who have contributed to the excellence of the HR sector during the last 12 months.

More than just the most spectacular and largest HCM event of the year, the Belgian HR Excellence Awards have become a unique platform to benchmark people-centric strategies and outcomes against the very best. In addition, the HR Excellence Awards have also turned into a unique barometer to measure the evolution and the maturity of the sector year by year.

Besides the awards for HR providers and employer organizations, a new awards segment is being introduced for this 13th edition to also put the most inspiring HR people under the spotlights of excellence. When HR departments have been under unprecedented pressure during the last 3 years, we believe that honoring the most brilliant CHROs and the best HR leaders is not only relevant, but also worthwhile.

The winners of this 13th edition will be revealed on 16 March 2023 during a glamorous ceremony and gala diner that traditionally gathers the country’s top HR personalities and most brilliant HRM minds. Enhanced by surprising artists, the evening is also the place to be for all HR professionals to greet and meet with peers, colleagues and friends. We look forward to welcoming you there and to witness, altogether, those who are going the extra mile in human capital management!
