Spanning 3 different categories, HR Personalities Awards celebrate those who elevate the HR function through significant achievements and make it more accountable, better understood, and valued at its best.

This very prestigious award recognizes CHROs at the top of their organizations. Nominees must demonstrate obvious leadership capabilities, forward-thinking vision, clear drive, and evidence of tangible achievements both personally and with their HR team. More specifically, nominees must demonstrate:

  • Evidence of significant HR-driven contribution to the business and to the organization
  • Evidence of initiating agility, leadership and change management capabilities in transformative moments
  • Equity, diversity and inclusion as a real component of the company culture
  • Being a pillar of employer reputation and employee experience
  • Being an inspiring model of vision, listening capabilities and leadership for the HR team
  • Evidence of working ‘in tandem’ with the CEO for all people-related issues
  • Behaving as an HR ambassador towards the HRM community and beyond

Briefly said: the CHRO of the Year 2024 will be the one demonstrating she/he goes the extra mile by taking on the human side of the organization in a proactive mode and by addressing the pivotal events that are critical to both the business and people.

This award category addresses accomplished, game-changing HR leaders standing in a decision-making position below the CHRO and showing clear ability, engagement, and aspiration to rise to and succeed in a top senior role in term.

The NewGen HR Leader of the Year will have to demonstrate:

  • Evidence of significant contribution to the HR and organizational strategy of the company
  • Evidence of initiating agility, leadership and change management capabilities in transformative moments
  • Being an evangelist of equity, diversity and inclusion
  • Being both a visionary and an enabler of modern HRM through e.g. technology adoption, digital workplace, hybrid work, innovative comp&ben…
  • Evidence of working ‘in tandem’ with the CHRO to deliver the HR strategy
  • Delivering tangible impact, outcomes and results within and beyond the HR organization

This award recognizes younger, high-potential HR managers who demonstrate significant game-changing aptitudes and skills for a promising career as future HR leaders.

The HRM Ones to Watch nominees will be asked to demonstrate:

  • Evidence of significant contribution to the definition and implementation of the HR strategy
  • Evidence of bringing new blood and fresh ideas to the HR team
  • Having the right skills and mindset in transformative moments
  • Having a clear vision of the future of work, future of HR, and own future
  • Evidence of collaboratively working with HR colleagues and non-HR teams as well
  • Is recognized as a highly potential future HR leader by the CHRO
