The HR Personalities awards recognize individual HR leaders who demonstrate exceptional vision, leadership, anticipation, and outcomes in steering their organization and workforce in the right direction and translating disruption into innovative people strategies.

When geopolitical disruption, economic turmoil and social constraints are regularly putting HR departments under pressure, HR leaders have a key role to play in fostering stability, setting new directions, establishing certainty, and creating new employee opportunities. Moreover, the best HR leaders differentiate by showing concrete facts and deliverables to ensure that employee wellness, trust and engagement is sustained in the long run and as a fundamental pillar of the organization.

The nominees for the Best HR Personalities are selected upon permanent tracking and analysis of tangible achievements in inspiring people strategies, innovative programs, and smart initiatives. Moreover, nominees must demonstrate clear leadership capabilities and an irreproachable reputation.

Winners will be revealed during the Awards ceremony on 14 March 2024. They will not be informed beforehand.

The Jury is the guarantor of the strict appliance and respect of the rules, as well as the full objectivity of the decisions made. The Jury gathers a selection of HRM and business experts carefully chosen for their knowledge and experience in human capital management, business governance and/or organizational effectiveness.

It is not possible to apply for the best HR People categories.

Entrants can only be submitted by Jury members, colleagues, peers or mentors and with evidence and rationale on skills, leadership, achievements and role model.
