Welcome to Belgium’s most prestigious awards for corporate excellence in human capital management.

The ‘Best Employers’ segment examines how the foremost HR departments go the extra mile by taking on the people challenge in a proactive mode to sustain their human and organizational capabilities by e.g. adapting their operating models, repurposing their workplace, improving their workforce agility and skills resilience, accelerating their HR transformation, adopting new technologies, etc.

The nominees of the Best Employers Awards 2026 are selected in 2 different ways:

• A list of 20 companies ranging from large to small organizations and spanning a variety of industries is built upon deep research and insights gathered from members of the CHRO Executive Circle and ARC Research. The selection is based upon recognized achievements in building significant HR capabilities to face current and future people-related challenges and opportunities.
• Any other employer organization -small, medium-sized or large- is welcome to apply for joining this Nominees list by sending the Jury an application and a brief executive summary of the initiative or program they propose to submit.

Cases presented must describe clear evidence of achievements and deliverables, milestones, completion roadmap and metrics, the key lessons learned for the future, sustainability over time, and the critical success factors.

Award winners will be revealed during the HR Excellence Awards ceremony on 17 March 2026.

The Jury is the guarantor of the strict appliance and respect of the rules, as well as the full objectivity of the decisions made. The Jury gathers a selection of HR and business experts carefully chosen for their knowledge and experience in human capital management, business governance and/or organizational effectiveness.
