The HR Providers segment honors, through 12 categories, the service companies that deliver innovative HR solutions and excellence in service delivery to corporate organizations with the purpose to help building tomorrow’s workplace, workforce and organizational models. The categories are:

Services referring to salary and additional benefits (commission, bonus, pension scheme, cafetaria plan…) passed on by an employer to its employees.

Services that encompass the movement of employees across subsidiaries, departments, positions, …, upon either an upward or lateral move and including e.g. re/upskilling, relocation, tax, benefits, rewards, etc.

Search, selection and integrations services directed to candidates ranging from middle management, senior executive and top management.

Strategic HCM advisory services in the context of business transformation, M&A, organizational (re)design, change management, people strategies, etc.

Software suites and solutions designed to improve and automate core HR processes including e.g. talent management, collaboration, payroll, strategic workforce planning, etc.

Integration of HR processes, data and applications with other HR and non-HR systems and technology either on client premise or in the cloud, onsite or through (out)sourcing model.

Services aimed at providing specific individual talents or entire teams in a temporary or interim basis and to answer immediate or future needs for short to long term missions or projects.

Services aimed at developing, reskilling and/or upskilling individual talents and teams through e.g. training programs, personal development, coaching, leadership development, etc.

Services aimed at assessing and developing individuals or teams with the purpose to measure skills, performance and behavior, detect new aptitudes, and grow talent potential.

Solutions and assistance in core HR services including HR administration, payroll management, social governance, social elections, legal compliance, among other support services.

Applications, platforms and/or solutions that refer to software and/or hardware technology applied for automating and digitalizing particular HR functions, tasks or processes.

Specialized advice and legal services in the areas concerning human capital management, industrial relations, negotiation and mediation of labor policies, litigation and arbitration, etc.

Services and solutions aimed at nurturing employee wellness, satisfaction and motivation and with the purpose to make employers more attractive, and employees more engaged and more performing.

This award is given to the HR provider having received the largest number of votes from the HR community and calculated upon the average of votes for all nominees in the same category.

This special award is given to a nominated company that demonstrates exemplary delivery and quality of service and with the evidence it has the potential to become either a market leader of game changer.
