METHODOLOGY

It is not possible to apply for the best HR Providers awards.

The nominees are designated upon a yearly survey undertaken towards 1.500 HR decision makers from different industries, geographies and company sizes. For each award category, they are asked to list max 3 providers they believe to be exemplary upon experience with them or upon reputation. The 5 providers getting the highest score in a particual category are the nominees.  A same provider may possibly be nominated in several categories.

Nominees are service and/or solutions providers, large or small, local or international, startup or well established, and having an office in Belgium for at least 18 months.

Nominees must complete a dossier describing a project or solution delivered to a client organization. Dossiers must detail the entire project or solution, the value delivered, the organizational and/or business impact for the client, the expertise brought, the technology delivered, etc. Nominees are not allowed to use their own company as case study. The case chosen must imperatively relate to a project or solution delivered by local experts to a client located in Belgium, although it can be part of a multi-country or global project.

The Jury analyses and compares the dossiers category by category and upon the quality of the project or solution presented, impact for the client, context of the client organization, impact for employees and the organization, and business value delivered with clear metrics. The vote of the Jury is the result of 100% objective and careful analysis, benchmark and appreciation by the Jury members. The Jury won’t neither detail nor justify its final decisions.

In parallel of the Jury deliberation, the HR community is invited to express its own vote for the nominees upon experience and reputation. A weighted calculation 70% jury points + 30% public vote points is applied to determine the winners.
